It's Andrew Duckles. Great job yesterday on your audition. It's amazing even what a day of practicing will do. It was really your best effort on all those excerpts, yet. So, way to go and nice job! Congratulations! I think that the conductor was really pleased with all the auditions and certainly he was keen on having you in the section, and I recommended you for front desk. I don't know what his decision will be but there was a clear choice for principal and after that it was sort of a toss up, but you played a strong audition so well done!
I loved getting that voicemail. It made me day/noon hour.
